Hey kids. Another quick check in. Day 2 went well. It featured the inaugural 10k. Day 1 was the 5k.
I stuck to my plan to get personal worsts in both races. Running about 3 mins slower per mile than I normally would. Planning to take it easy on the day 3 half marathon. All in prep for the day 4 full marathon!
